Your journey to authorship begins with complimentary meeting, in person or by phone, so we can get to know you and do some of our own research. We then send you a Writer for Hire Agreement, which spells everything out: timeline, fees, deliverables etc. We begin the Agreement with a brief description of the book we think you should write. This includes a working title and subtitle. The initial payment is $10,000, and covers two months of interviews and the creation of a detailed Table of Contents, which becomes our roadmap for moving forward. Fees vary, based on what materials you already have that can make the process easier, and other factors.
If you choose to self-publish (we call it entrepreneurial publishing) we will publish your book under our imprint, New Voices Press, and supply the ISBN (bar code) needed for the back cover.
Website Design and Copy
We will create a book website for you and also create an Author’s Page for you on Amazon and Facebook.
Book Promotion and Speaking Opportunities
We will beat the drums for you in every way possible. Media. Corporations and Organizations. Even TEDx talks. Once the book is close to being ready for prime time we begin to let your audiences know it’s about to launch. Once it’s out we step up the media and marketing campaign.
Additional Writing Projects
If you have an existing manuscript and want to know if its publishable, or how to make it more compelling so that it is publishable, you can sign up for a Book Evaluation Report. This specific, detailed feedback has been called “game-changing” by dozens of authors. The $2,500 to $3500 cost comes with an hour on the phone or in person to go over the options that will allow you to move forward successfully.
